Migration map area. Records, for every identifier archived in the deprecated zone, the replacement identifier and the date from which the replacement applies.
Status: registered but unused. No identifier has been deprecated yet, so no mapping entry exists; the first deprecation shall create the first entry and thereby establish the entry format for the whole arc. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Keep the mapping machine-readable and immutable once published, because relying parties use it to translate identifiers found in historical certificates, MIB files and log records.
