Performance and threshold notification subtree. Covers resource utilisation, temperature and bandwidth threshold-crossing events reported by TsingYao devices, and is the notification counterpart of the network resource objects under 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.4.
Numbering convention: 1 to 9 for threshold-crossing (rising) notifications, 10 to 19 for threshold-cleared and recovery notifications, 20 to 99 reserved for future extension. A rising notification and its cleared notification shall be defined in pairs, and numbers shall not be assigned out of the defined ranges.
Status: registered but unused. No performance threshold notification identifier has been emitted by any device or platform. Before first use, define for each metric the sampling period, the rising threshold, the clearing threshold and the hysteresis, otherwise a value oscillating around the threshold generates repeated notifications. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Carry the metric name, the sampling period, the threshold value and the current measured value in the notification payload so that the management station can reproduce the decision locally, and reuse the same severity model as 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.0.1.
