System resource baseline notification. Reported when the usage of system resources such as CPU, memory and disk exceeds the configured baseline threshold, or when the baseline configuration itself is changed.
Recommended severity: warning. Recommended handling: check the baseline threshold configuration, locate the process or service causing high occupancy, and expand capacity or optimize configurations if needed; a baseline configuration change shall be treated as a configuration audit event.
Status: registered but unused. Not yet emitted by any product; when implemented, define the sampling interval, the sustained-duration condition and the recovery (clear) condition to avoid flapping alarms. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: performance and threshold class notifications belong to the reserved sub-area 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.0.2; when the number of resource notifications grows, migrate the detailed metrics there and keep only the baseline-crossing summary here.
