Threshold-cleared notification. Reported when a metric that previously crossed a threshold falls back below the clearing threshold and satisfies the hysteresis condition.
Status: registered but unused. No device has emitted this notification. Before first use, bind it to every rising notification defined under 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.0.2 so that no alarm can remain open without a corresponding clear. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Carry the identifier of the corresponding rising notification and the peak value observed during the alarm, so that the management station can close the alarm and record the worst value reached.
