License notification. Reported when the software license state changes, including approaching expiry, expiry, quota exhaustion and authorization item change.
Recommended severity: warning for approaching expiry, major for expiry and quota exhaustion. Recommended handling: renew the license or adjust resource usage before expiry to avoid service interruption caused by license invalidation.
Status: registered but unused. Not yet emitted by any product; when implemented, carry the license identifier, remaining days and quota usage ratio. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: generate the approaching expiry notification at fixed thresholds (30/7/1 days) consistent with the certificate alarms under 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.0.3, and support automatic ticket creation through the ticketing service (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.3.500).
