Conformance area for SMI (Structure of Management Information) conformance statements. Collects MODULE-COMPLIANCE (7.1) and OBJECT-GROUP / NOTIFICATION-GROUP (7.2) definitions in a central place, so that the supported object groups and notification groups can be declared uniformly for each Management Information Base (MIB) module.
Status: registered but unused. No conformance statement has been defined; define the statements together with the first MIB module registered under 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.100. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: declare at least one MODULE-COMPLIANCE statement per MIB module and reference the groups under 7.2, so that a management station can discover the implemented capability without reading every module.

状态：已注册但未使用。尚未定义任何一致性声明；应与 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.100 下注册的首个 MIB 模块一并定义。本文件每次修订时须重新核验该未使用状态。
建议：每个 MIB 模块至少声明一条 MODULE-COMPLIANCE，并引用 7.2 下的组定义，使网管侧无需逐个读取模块即可发现已实现能力。
