Capability set notification. Reported when the functional capability set supported by a device changes, indicating the supported protocols, service modules and feature specifications.
Recommended severity: minor. Recommended handling: refresh the capability profile on the management station and verify that service policies and licenses match the new capability set; block service issuance when a required capability is missing.
Status: registered but unused. Not yet emitted by any product; when implemented, publish the capability set as a stable list of capability identifiers rather than free text. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: define the capability identifiers in the common area (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.1) or in the private zone (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.8000) so that the management station can compare capability sets deterministically.
