System service. Provides platform-level basic capabilities such as tenant management, user management, role permission, system configuration, upgrade and backup for TsingYao software platforms.
Status: registered but unused. Not yet referenced by any product or deployment; when implemented, tenant and user identifiers shall be defined under this node or under the custom DN attribute arc (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.5.4) if carried in certificates. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: keep tenant identifiers stable and opaque; never derive them from names that may change, because tenant identifiers embedded in certificates cannot be revoked cheaply.
