Time synchronization notification. Reported when the device time synchronization state changes, including synchronization source switch, offset exceeding the threshold and Network Time Protocol (NTP) service abnormality.
Recommended severity: major. Recommended handling: check the NTP server address, network reachability and system time; time skew causes certificate validation failure, log correlation error and audit evidence invalidation, and also breaks CRL and OCSP freshness checking.
Status: registered but unused. Not yet emitted by any product; when implemented, carry the offset value, threshold and the synchronization source identifier. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: treat a time offset exceeding the certificate validity tolerance as a PKI incident and handle it together with 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.0.3.90 (certificate chain invalid) and 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.6.1.1 (PKI global status scalars).
