Device offline notification. Reported when a managed device misses its heartbeat or loses its management connection for the configured duration.
Status: registered but unused. No platform has emitted this notification. Before first use, define the heartbeat interval, the missed-beat threshold and the distinction between a device failure and a management path failure. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Carry the device unique identity (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.1.100), the last contact time and the detected path, so that a management network partition is not reported as a device failure.
