Bandwidth utilisation threshold-crossing notification. Reported when the bandwidth occupancy of an interface or a link exceeds the configured threshold.
Status: registered but unused. No device has emitted this notification. Before first use, define whether the threshold is a percentage of the interface speed or an absolute rate, and define the averaging window. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Identify the interface by its interface object (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.4.2) rather than by a display name, and carry both the ingress and the egress rate because most links are asymmetric.
