TsingYao Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Management Information Base (MIB) module. Carries the monitoring objects for certificates, trust points, Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs), Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) responders and key tables.
Scope note: This module exposes the observable running state of a PKI deployment and corresponds to 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.6.1, while the certificate policies and certificate semantics themselves are defined under 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.5 and shall not be redefined here.
Status: registered but unused. The module identifier is reserved but no MIB file has been published and no object has been defined under it; publish the module together with its MODULE-COMPLIANCE statement (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.7.1) and its group definitions (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.7.2). The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Index every table by the certificate or trust point identity rather than by an array position, and emit certificate lifecycle events through 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.0.3 so that polling and notification stay consistent.
