Status: registered but unused. Not yet referenced by any inventory model or deployment; when implemented, define whether the asset record or the device identity is the primary key, and document the decision to avoid two competing keys. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Use this object as the join point for asset reporting and keep the device unique identity (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.1.100) as the technical key, so that an asset can be replaced while its inventory history is preserved.
