Description

English:
Private protocol identifier arc. Identifies TsingYao proprietary or extended certificate management protocols, such as private extensions of Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol (SCEP) and Enrollment over Secure Transport (EST), and private algorithm or message type identifiers.
Registration rule: register the protocol version and message format together, and keep backward compatibility for published identifiers; a protocol identifier is usually negotiated between client and server, so both sides must agree on the version before deployment.
Status: registered but unused. No private protocol identifier has been implemented in a client or server; allocate identifiers in ascending order and publish the message specification with each one. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: prefer standard protocols and standard algorithm identifiers where possible, and use this arc only for genuinely proprietary behaviour; document how unknown identifiers are handled during negotiation.
