Status: registered but unused. No device has emitted this notification. Before first use, define the default threshold, the sustained duration and the per-core versus whole-device semantics. The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: Report the utilisation as an integer percentage together with the top consuming process name if available, and suppress repeated notifications within the de-duplication window defined for 1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.0.1.
