Description

English:
End-user (client) certificate policy. Defines the issuance rules, subject identity verification, private key protection and usage restrictions for end-user certificates used by users or clients for identity authentication; certificates issued under this policy shall only be used for client authentication and shall not be used for server authentication, code signing or email encryption.
Recommended handling: bind the certificate to the unique user identity, protect the private key with hardware or a secure container, and revoke the certificate in time when a user leaves or a device is lost.
Status: registered but unused. No end-user certificate has been issued under this policy; when activated, define the enrolment and revocation workflow together with the AAA service (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.3.200). The unused state shall be re-verified at each revision of this file.
Recommendation: keep the user identifier in the certificate stable and opaque; use the client EKU (1.3.6.1.4.1.59719.5.3.2) to constrain usage.
